Have you ever been so inundated with creative ideas, projects, and dreams that it paralysed you from taking any action? I have been there too. My name is Roseanna, a multi-passionate designer with a mind bursting with goals and creative projects. The search for the perfect project management system or planner was exhaustive and fruitless. Hours spent planning my creative dreams often overshadowed the time spent actually pursuing them. Nothing seemed to work, until I took matters into my own hands.
In 2020 ZsaZsa was Born
My journey began with DIY planning systems, sticking printouts into a notepad. It was functional but not quite there. Then, I discovered the planner community and the versatile world of Filofaxes. It was a revelation! I could tailor a planner to fit my sprawling needs. Thus, I plunged into designing planner inserts, not just for myself, but for the wider community of creatives like me. In 2020, ZsaZsa (formerly Pen To Paper) came to life.
A Fusion of Analog & Digital
As my business and entrepreneurial aspirations grew, so did my planning needs. That's when I discovered Notion, the ultimate digital project management tool. However, purely digital planning was overwhelming; it lacked the tactile focus of physical planning. Thus, I found my balance in a hybrid system - a blend of digital efficiency and physical tangibility.
