Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Depending on the complexity of the design, please send a message detailing the request and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
What size inserts should I purchase for my agenda?
ZsaZsa inserts typically are available in A5, Personal & Personal Wide sizes. Check out our size guide here.
What is your returns policy?
The Basics
Physical Products
- Return within 14 days
- Refunds provided once product is returned as long as the product is within the original state as received.
- We don't offer free returns at this time.
Digital Products
- Non-returnable & Non-refundable due to the instant nature of the product

I made a mistake in my order, what can I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible via email if you made a mistake with your order. If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel your order and provide a store credit so you can quickly place your order again with the correct items.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally processed within 1 - 3 business days. During product releases, store sales and peak holiday seasons, processing times are extended.
What is processing time?
Processing time is the time needed to print and pack an order once we received it. All planner inserts are made to order to save on waste.
Do you ship overseas?
We do! We ship all over the world from a little town in England, UK.
If you are ordering from overseas we will post your order via tracked postage so you can track it's journey. Please note overseas orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on location.
